Our client is looking to build their small but established company based in Bedford. The Covid situation has forced them to concentrate more online, especially Amazon so this has created a role for someone full time to look after this account.
CZECH / SLOVAK would be beneficial
This would however be an admin based role however with some physical work as well as being administrative and organisational. Essentially the role would include
Administrative side of the role:
-Managing the Amazon itinerary
-Managing customer service
-Helping to handle any complaints, returns, refunds or replacements
-Weekly stock replenishment planning
Physical side of the role:
-Unloading a truck
-Unloading stock from pallets and stacking in relevant locations
-Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy
Ideally if the person could speak Slovak or Czech, that would be ideal but the priority is to have someone extremely well organised, independent, and someone ready to hit the ground running and be a valuable member of the team.
