We have an exciting opportunity for a Training and NSP Manager to establish and nurture working relationships. Offering a salary of Circa. £37,000 per annum, our client is looking for an experienced individual to devise their training and liaison strategy and oversee it's implementation and asses its outcomes. Reporting to the Operations Director you will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training and liaison initiatives.
- Provide effective training material
- Enhance employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
- Draw a training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training and development needs and best practice
- Provide measures and metrics to track progress and report out to management team
- Adherence to ISO9001 accreditation
