Trainee Customer Support / Technical Support
Generally office based, the role is to advise clients on the technical aspects of our products from enquiry through to order stage.
We will expect you to assist in the preparation of quotations and produce CAD dwgs (CAD training will be provided) for the manufacture of shutters, processing client orders to the factory, and finally to invoicing.
There will be a requirement to attend site and install shutters with the installation teams as part of the training programme together with an expectation to help the installation teams fit shutters during busy periods.
The role will suit a person who is keen to learn and understand all aspects of the business, so an eye for detail and accuracy is fundamental together with a methodical way of working. Some of the installation work will be outside of normal office hours, and due to the locations we work there is a need for every employee to be clear on a CRC (Criminal Record Checked).
