Osborne Appointments are currently looking for a bright individual to join our client based in Hertford. Our client is looking for a trainee finance administrator to join their established team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be assisting the accounts team with their administration and back office support so could be ideal for somebody with an interest in finance.
Hours:8:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Pay : £8.00 - £9.00 per hour (a salary revision will be given after twelve weeks depending on performance)
? Posting Purchase Ledger invoices
? Reconciling Supplier Statements
? Sending Supplier Remittance advices
? Sending Customer Statements and invoices
? Stationary orders
? Raise Pro Forma invoices and tracking payments
? Checking Employee Expenses
? Answering the telephone to both internal and external Customers and Suppliers
? Cover for absent team members
? Scanning documents and filing paperwork as per GDPR regulations
? Administrative support to Business Line Departments as and when required
? To provide reception cover for Visitor(s) and deliveries to the Hertford site
? Ad Hoc Duties as they arise
