Dealing directly with customers either from incoming calls or via OS Ticket (email) or through Live Chat online, you’ll be the person who responds to all queries promptly and with a friendly and cheery disposition.
You’re the person who will handle and resolves any issues, complaints, queries - or indeed the one who takes calls from customers when they just call in to say thank you.
Once you’re trained up, we’re looking to you to use your initiative to solve problems; you’ll know the parameters in which you can work so you’ll be the one who decides how you can help someone if something has gone wrong or if they need something handling in a different way the ‘the norm’.
When dealing with online or emailed queries, you’ll need excellent writing skills with good spelling and punctuation so that you represent the company professionally at all times.
Keeping customers up to date on pricing, you’ll use a database to record all details of the calls and ensure everything is dealt with and resolved quickly.
This is a very busy environment with busy phones, lots of chatter and lots of questions - so you’ll be comfortable in this type of environment.
Salary is circa £17000 with good pension, to 25 days holiday, free fruit and hot drinks. You’ll be based in lovely office in St Neots overlooking the lakes and with free on-site parking.
