Do you have previous experience in a Heating/Mechanical/Electrical background?

We are looking for an experienced Technical Helpline Operator to work for a fantastic company in Huntingdon on a Temp - Perm basis.
If you have previous experience working in Heating/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background and looking for an office based role, assisting customers ranging from schools to big cooperations then keep reading ....

You will be supported by Site Engineers for the first 2 months, along with full training on the product portfolio. This training and support will help you with the knowledge needed to be fully compotent for when you are working on your own.

Main Roles:

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, help sheets, reports and records on computer database.
  • Telephone and email assistance with technical enquiries related to design, performance etc.
  • Updating customer records as necessary on CRM system.
  • Assisting any other duties that may be required within the technical operations.

Experience:

  • Be able to prioritse workload with minimal supervision.
  • Previous technical helpline operation experience would be advantageous.
  • MS Office experience.


Days/Hours:

  • Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Fri - 8:30am - 4pm
