Team Co-ordinator - Insurance Sector
This is a super role that will keep you busy in all aspects.
You'll be delivering a prompt and efficient insurance broking service to clients and insurance providers across the UK.
Working for a specific team, you will manage new and existing products across the group.
As the team can often be mobile, you'll manage their diaries, collate and update reports for them and maintain and run all of the Management Information reports for the management team. You'll be responsible for booking all of the meetings, organising lunches where appropriate or booking their hotels and travel arrangements.
After the meetings, you'll provide a thorough post-administrative service to ensure everything is documented and recorded.
Alongside this, you'll be delivering a through and accurate administrative support to all of the team's projects.
We are looking for someone who is methodical and well organised who can work well within the team, for the team whilst being confident in liaising with providers, stakeholders and managers.
You'll need accurate numeracy and written skills with good spelling and grammar.
You'll be using a lot of spreadsheets and Excel so you will need good understanding of this.
Part of your role will be to triage incoming telephone calls and emails, responding immediately or directing the query to the appropriate person.
All training within the industry will be provided and you will be brought up to speed on the databases and systems they use.
Having a basic knowledge of the insurance market and its principles and practices would be really useful.
Salary is up to £22,000 per year with good benefits.
