Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join our client based in Hatfield.
- £34,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
- Flexibility with working hours is a must.
- Managing a growing team in a fast-paced environment
- Closely monitoring performance to meet business goals and KPIs
- Developing SOPs, continuously seeking opportunity to improve processes
- Welcome and onboard new customers, managing performance and feedback in line with SLAs
- Reactive and proactive resolution of real-time customer escalations and operational issues
- Work with Product Owners to shape the technology to make user and operations team successful
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Transport Management/Call Centre Management
- Proven ability in improving processes & standards
- Leadership skills – ability to train and guide employees towards success
- Outstanding communication skills – internal and external
- Strong IT skills
- Flexible and adaptive approach
