Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our customer service focused client based in Hemel Hempstead.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 18:00
1 in 3 Saturday’s (rota basis): 08:00 - 12:00
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Offer support and guidance to customers
Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively
Create and send invoices
Update spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Create reports for management team
*Career progression to Department / Team Manager*
Skills / Experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role (motor industry)
Passion for customer service
Professional communication skills
Competent IT skills
Positive work approach
Willingness to learn
