Senior Marketing Communications Executive - £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits

Based in Huntingdon

Our client has been established for over 30 years, with a view to providing a high quality, good value insurance service to local people across the country through independently franchised broking businesses. You will be developing and executing agreed marketing plan through on and offline channels, and managing and developing internal communications to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

  • Work with Head of Marketing to devise campaigns and promotions
  • Co-ordinate marketing activity with in-house and external stakeholders (marketing agencies)
  • Work closely with CS/PF/CUL teams to gain insights and feedback on activity
  • Work with digital specialists to gain online reporting and insights to feed into marketing activity
  • Execute own Lead’ client work
  • Maintain the billing reports and ensure reporting is completed on time and keep HoM informed as to overall activity and any issues/opportunities
  • Maintain/grow accounts and support the rest of the team with Lead work as required

Skills/Attributes -

  • Good knowledge of all aspects of on- and offline marketing communication including use of targeted emails, social media and campaigns
  • Ability to take the lead on communications both on and offline
  • Working knowledge of major digital marketing tools such as email marketing platforms and Google Analytics
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • CIM/CIPR/NCTJ qualification desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Creative with good eye for design and detail
  • Act with integrity at all times when working with stakeholders
  • Influencing and account management skills
  • Creative and willing to offer creative communication solutions and ideas
