Osborne Appointments are currently looking for a scheduler to join our client based in Harpenden. This will be a twelve-month maternity cover position but does have prospects for permanent work at the end depending on circumstances. Experience is not necessary so as long as you have a keen attitude and a want to succeed, you will still be considered.
- Prioritising most urgent jobs for engineers
- Scheduling diaries
- Booking in repairs
- Providing regular updates to customers
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties that may arise
- A ‘team player’
- Service orientated
- A ‘hands on’ attitude
- Commercial awareness
