Sales Support Administrator - £18,000 per annum plus benefits

Based in Huntingdon

How would you like to work for a world leading Clothes and fabric manufacturer?

Our client has been established for over 25 years with a number of offices in Europe and Asia. You’ll be a key member of the team, primarily responsible for supporting the sales team and liaising with customers to ensure deadlines are met. The role offers good potential to grow and develop within an expanding business.

Responsibilities -

  • Sampling & sample management
  • Assist with sales orders
  • Liaising with customers
  • Some Account Management
  • General Admin duties
  • Assisting the Sales team
  • Brochures / Mailshots
  • Creating monthly reports

Skills/Attributes -

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Flexible, motivated and proactive
  • Good administration skills with attention to detail
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Be able to multi task
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of MS (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
