We are looking for a permanent Relationship Manager for our St Neots based client who are a large and prestigious specialising in PCB and Sub Assembly.
You'll be liaising with all customers to ensure the relationship is at its fullest potential and that the customer is satisfied with projects and services.
Working between the customer and client, you will manage schedules and budgets to ensure they are met within the agreed timescales.
Through management of the relationship, you will build the client account as well as identify and develop new clients and opportunities.
You will be responsible for all international client-facing work, meeting regularly with key customers and account managers to identify risks, issues and opportunities for
Through the CRM you will manage communications and ensure other account managers are aware of changes within clients.
As with any Relationship Management role, you will also be responsible for order input, processing order, preparing quotes and analysing figures and growth.
Proven influential and accomplished negotiator.
Strong sales abilities, comfortable in speaking with existing and potential clients.
Ability to create, manage and develop effective working relationships with both internal teams and highly demanding customers.
Proven experience in operational and relationship account management and sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager, account manager, key account manager or similar role.
Knowledge of electronic manufacturing, PCB Assembly, electronic component industry or similar transferable skill set.
This is a full time permanent position with a 2pm finish on Fridays. Working from St Neots offices with parking on site and good facilities nearby.
Salary range is anticipated to be circa £45,000 per year with good additional benefits.
