The type of person who would be really successful will likely come from a sales environment within cars, phones, furniture, telesales and you may have worked for some of the large retailers across the UK. An understanding of cars is not as essential as you may think because naturally, the training and development provided will ensure you have everything you need to be successful.
With an unrivalled talent for sales, you will need to be outgoing, have good negotiation skills and be the type of person who naturally delivers excellent customer service skills.
