This company is a leading supplier of construction goods, and you will be working within a small team on the phones to generate business. You will support Regional Sales Managers in order to reach targets set and will also be pro-active in contacting customers in order to help increase sales this way and in turn, your margin. Other duties will also include; completing quotations and processing orders as well as completing tasks within a set time frame in order to achieve fixed targets. Being able to effectively liaise with both your peers within the office and the warehouse is also essential to achieve optimum results.

Within this role you will be expected to:

  • Meet KPI’s set by your manager
  • Report your daily calls and activities
  • Be aware of competitor activity in order to stay on top
  • Build up a good rapport with your team and manager
  • Have high attention to detail and be accurate in recording anything on to the system
  • Be a team player by working with your sales team and admin team in order to get the best results for the Region
  • Inputting data
  • Work to meet time restrictions set on different tasks
  • Ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction

Other skills that would benefit you within this role would be to have good Microsoft Excel skills as well being proficient with IT software and systems. However most importantly we need you to be proactive in your approach to working, target driven and be attentive to detail!
