My customer is looking for someone who can offer Hands-on support to the Telesales team in assisting and answering in-coming calls, order entry and call backs to customer with information required, such as stock availability and delivery times etc.

Ability to handle query calls from customers and our Accounts Department. Investigate and resolve queries through contact with our carriers for lost and/or damaged goods or price queries or for other queries take guidance from our Sales Office Manager to offer a fair resolution. Always communicate in a professional and helpful communication style to customers at all times, both verbal and written.

Accurately record data to analyse the errors made and assist the relevant department to avoid the same error. Advise ways that could avoid repeat errors eg same item always being picked incorrectly – wrong bin location ? ;incorrect packaging ?etc. Liaise with Couriers regarding lost/damaged goods
