Osborne Appointments have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly & team orientated client on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Administration based role & preferably have some sales experience as there will be an element of upselling in this role.


Key Details –

Hours – Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm (with one Saturday a month 8:30am – 1:30pm)

Salary - £19,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)

Location – London – NW9

About the role –

  • To handle inbound calls and email enquiries in relation to customers existing orders and placing new orders

  • Build long lasting relationships with clients

  • Acquire Knowledge of the hospitality & Events Industry

  • Deal with quotes for catering & furniture for events

  • Use of Excel, word, outlook and All Hire (in-house system)

  • Input and maintain accurate records

  • Chase quotes and keep records up to date

  • Cold calling activities – ½ day per week to introduce the company to prospective clients

  • Check stock availability for quotes and advise appropriate alternatives if required

  • Upselling other items and services

  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding payments

  • Reporting and invoicing on losses and damages of items hired
