A fantastic opportunity for a thriving company on the outskirts of Bedford.
Focus and target driven to meet target for a geographical area, supporting and selling to our customers, processing orders via the phone, email and fax. Responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely to meet daily cut-off for next day delivery. Liaising with the Warehouse for priority orders. Keeping the customer informed of current offers, price changes, out of stock items and any potential issues.Keep correct and accurate customer card information with all contacts and details.
Roles / Responsbilities:
Keep the customer informed – back orders, nil stock, price increases, promotions, offers etc
Contacting potential new customers and promoting our products and selling
Be a team player by assisting your colleagues and sharing the workload
Data entry of orders being both accurate and speedy
Work to meeting the cut-off time for the warehouse to deliver next day
Liaise with Warehouse for any priority orders
Ensuring customer card record is up to date with all correct information
Use Salesi as a tool to analyse customers spend and margin
