Our well established Welwyn Garden City Branch currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Welwyn Garden City.

The main purpose of this position is to support the permanent division to grow and develop their business on the commercial desk. This will include maintaining strong candidate relationships, building and growing client relationships and ensuring that the desk is running smoothly at all times.

 Main Duties:

  • Working to tight deadlines

  • Gathering and following up on leads, including sales and business development

  • Advertising and resourcing for new positions within the business

  • Interviewing via telephone and face to face suitable candidates

  • Candidate call backs

  • Sending interview confirmations

  • Sending company literature to businesses

  • Getting involved with marketing projects

  • Researching competitors and keeping at the forefront of the recruitment market

  • Other general administration and customer service duties

  • Attending service and new client visits

KPI’s: 

  • Sales calls per week to be set by branch manager

  • Drops and Drive arounds weekly

  • Regular Client Service Visits

  • New clients converted each month

This role is an imperative part of our business and will add great value. This person will be able to get involved in a number of exciting projects and will be looking at ways to improve business practice and standards.
