An opportunity has arisen for a well established client of ours based in Barnet for a Receptionist to to join their friendly team on a temporary basis (6 weeks)
You must have some experience either within Administration, Reception or Customer Service. More importantly, you must be really proactive, organised and extremely eager to learn and do well.
- Monday to Friday
- Meet and greet visitors
- Answering incoming calls
- Help manage company social events
- Distrubution of post and deliveries
- Office Management – Monitor stock levels for all office supplies including stationary, furniture, toners etc..
- Ad-Hoc Admin duties - assisting different departments
Perfect candidate will ideally have:
- Microsoft package knowlegde
- Reception experience would be preferable
- Strong admin experience
- Friendly approach
- Professional manner
- Excellent telephone manner
