Receptionist/Building Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an established company in North Finchley for a Receptionist/Building Coordinator to join their small, super friendly and supportive team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key details:

  • £21,000
  • Monday to Friday
  • Based mainly in North Finchley and Whetstone
  • MUST have a licence and own car
  • Free parking
  • Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House position – supervising the day to day running of a luxury centre
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms and hosting meetings (including supplying food and drink)
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Handling tenant requests
  • Distributing mail to offices
  • Diary Management
  • Stock control
  • Reporting: faults within the building, tenant requests and maintenance jobs to be completed

  • Warm, friendly and articulate individual
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Efficient and proactive work ethic
  • IT literate, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a very small team, as well as alone
  • Flexible and adaptable – you will be working across two main locations and occasionally another two
