We are looking a professional receptionist to join our clients' team on a temporary basis. The role will mainly be covering holiday and sickness, however, a more regular working patterns may become available for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities are: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering calls, and transferring through to the correct person
  • Dealing with post and arranging couriers
  • General admin duties


  • Previous Reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
