We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to work in Eaton Socon as an ongoing temp.
Our client specialise in providing Medical equipment.
You will be part of a well supported team who are very friendly and happy to help at all times.
You will need the following experience..
- Experience in telephone duties
- Office admin
- Intermediate skills on MS Office Suite
- Previous Purchasing experience of approx 2 years
Desirable: Exchequer and CRM Dynamics experience, although full training will be provided.
Main roles of the job are..
- Purchashing Run
- Delivery Dates updating on Exchequer
- Chasing of Outstanding Order Confirmations
- Pricing/Invoicing Queries
- Delivery/Purchase Returns & Non Conformance
The hours are Mon - Fri 9am until 5pm
The hourly rate is £10.65PH
