Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client based St Albans a permanent basis.

- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing stock
- Daily planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders including delivery and shipment schedules.
- Providing regular updates to the Orders Team
- ETA Updates on internal orders
- Managing purchasing inbox ensuring all emails have been answered within 24 hours.
- Pricing updates in system
- Updating the lead times spreadsheet for Sales to advise availability on products ahead of the sale.
- General assistance with the team to help ensure all admin tasks are being completed
- Organising our daily stock to be ordered for the team and checking our systems to ensure what is being ordered is required.
- Raising PO’s on our internal system and communicating these with the relevant suppliers
- Strong communications – Both written and verbal
- Clear communication via email
- Some Data entry or office experience
- General strong work ethic
- Confident multi-tasking
- Someone who can work independently
