Product Support Coordinator

Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Product Support Coordinator to join our client based in Hitchin, specialising in Building Security and Door Entrance systems.

•Acting as the first point of contact for technical queries (phone and email)
•Advising on issues regarding the product and installation on a range of door hardware products
•Advising customers and colleagues on the most suitable product, depending on requirements
•To learn and understand the technical data sheets for the company product range
•Deliver training to internal colleagues and external customers, ensuring a high level of Technical Product Support is maintained
•Supporting with day-to-day customer queries
•Processing orders and returns
•Investigating invoice queries
Skills & Experience required:
•Previous experience in a Technical Product Support role
•Proven ability to resolve technical problems for customers and distributors
•Strong IT skills, with experience on CRM systems, CAD software and SAP
•Proven experience in looking after customer’s technical queries from beginning to end
•Outstanding communication skills, with ability to articulate product functionality and suitability to customers
•Ability to build rapport
•Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) qualification is advantageous, or studying towards
