Candidate Attributes:

The successful applicant must be highly motivated with strong communication and organisational skills. You will need to have be used to dealing with customers. You will also have general office administration experience with some accounts exposure ideally using Sage Software.

Area of Responsibilities

 

Customer Services

  • Answering of telephone
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Order processing in a timely fashion and payments taken by C/C
  • Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
  • Processing of customer returns

Accounts

  • Stock control
  • Stock purchasing
  • Control of stock arrivals including sample adjustments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Barclaycard statements
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Vat returns / EC sales List
  • Payment of suppliers
