Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City.
Monday to Friday; 10:00 – 16:00
Please Note: The candidate will occasionally be required to work full time hours to cover holidays (08:00 – 17:00).
- Supporting the accounts function
- General administration duties
- Creating Invoices
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Data Entry - Using 3 different systems
- Updating spreadsheets on Excel
- Answering incoming calls
Skills / Experience required:
- Administration background
- Basic finance knowledge
- Competent Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
- Confident communication skills
- Highly organised
