Personal Assistant to CEO, Chair and Senior Management Team (maternity cover)
Based in Bedford
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Chair of the Board and Senior Management Team.
This is a Fixed Term contract (maternity cover – 6-9 months), full time hours – 35 per week, paying up to 30k dependent on experience.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, this exciting and varied maternity cover role will carry out a full range of administrative duties for the CEO, senior management team, Chair and Board of the company. They will support the company secretary with the administration and governance of Board meetings and company secretarial duties.
They will maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the Company group, our staff and other bodies within the Sector.
The successful candidate will have experience of:
- Providing support to Directors.
- Working with committees and ideally to Board level, with excellent minute taking and meeting administration skills.
- Dealing with conflicting priorities and managing their workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Being positive, proactive and cool under pressure.
