Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Order Processor to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City.
- Process all incoming sales orders
- Respond to all customer requests and enquiries
- Monitor and control stock levels
- Process and monitor all sales and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure customer’s demands are met
- Liaise with the warehouse team in relation to despatch requests/enquiries and stock control
- Print daily despatch notes and ensure goods are shipped on time
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team
Skills / Experience required:
- Previous experience processing sales orders is essential
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- ERP experience (SAP / Sage)
- Highly organised
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Great team player
