Order Processor / Inside Sales Assistant - £22,000 (temp to permanent)

The main purpose of this role is to provide support for the internal sales team. This role does not involve cold calling or pro-active sales as you will be dealing with existing customers however there will be relationship building involved in order to maintain business and sustain the number of orders coming through.
Along with this, basic duties will include but not limited to…
- Processing orders and checking stock
- Updating customers on delivery times
- Resolving queries
- Logging information onto the database
This could perhaps suit somebody who has worked in sale before but would prefer more of a customer relations / account management role. However we are open to options so if you consider yourself as any of the below you will still be considered.
