We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has experience within Administration who can support a busy Production team. This role is a temporary to permanent position & you will therefore be required to start ASAP following a successful interview with the client.

Key Details

Contract – Temporary to Permanent

Location – Borehamwood

Salary – £11.00 per hour dependent on experience

Hours – Monday to Friday 9:30am until 14:30pm

Main Duties


  • Provide general administrative support
  • Sort & distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare documentation to be sent out with orders
  • Update in-house system with regards to Customer orders
  • Answer telephone calls & respond to emails
  • Assist with various meetings within the business
  • Archiving & scanning of records
  • Liaise with other members of the team
  • General ad-hoc duties
  • Assist with stock-taking duties

Skills/Experience required;


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
