Our client is looking to recruit for an Operations Administrator to join the team based in Hertford. We are looking for someone with strong purchasing and adminstration skills and ability to work in a fast moving environment.
This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
- Purchase stock and merchantable items for branches and customer orders
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Support on production planning and checking stock availability
- Raise and progress supplier complaints
- Support UK Sales and Customer Service teams with timely and accurate inventory and resource information
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration skills
- Purchasing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
