Osborne Appointments are looking for an Office Manager & PA (12 Month Contract) to join our client located in Welwyn Garden City within their Head Office.
- To lead the Reception team, including recruitment & performance management
- Organise conferences and events where required
- Provide PA support to selected senior managers where required
- Provide PA support to the General Manager when cover is required
- Chair quarterly meetings with the Admin team
- Co-ordinate holiday/cover for reception staff
Skills & Experience
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience supporting in a sales environment
- Experience organising events & meetings
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
- Lotus Notes is advantageous
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Can build strong working relationships
