We have a really good opportunity available for a qualified Mechanical Engineer looking for work around the Stone, Staffordshire area.

The company are the world's best provider of specialist medical equipment. Their products are in laboratories across the entire globe. Managed from their base in Stone, they handle new product development, product improvements and specialist equipment.
The new Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for testing the performance of the product range. You will generate gap analysis from drawing to product , review same, compile the reports and summaries.
From here, you will create the change or update proposals. A lot of what you will do will be around identifying remediation of solutions so we are looking for someone who enjoys fixing problems.
The ideal candidate will come from a background across heating, cooling, peltiers etc but we will look at any candidate from other backgrounds as the skills are very transferable.
Ideally you will have:
* Heating, cooling, printed heaters, heat cartridges, peltiers or similar.
* Solidworks CAD
* Statistics, Problem Solving or CAPA Corrective & Preventative Action
* Degree in engineering, mechanical or mechatronics
This is initially a one year contract. The role is available to start as soon as you're able. Salary will be flexible. We can pay you on a contract or temporary basis depending on your preference. Salary-wise, we are flexible as we understand the vacancy will attract a variety of applicants so we are happy to take your guidance on the rate you would like to work for.
