Osborne Appointments are currently looking to appoint a candidate for an incredibly exciting opportunity in Baldock. We are on the hunt for Buying and Marketing Administrator to join our valued client on a temp to permanent basis.

Key details:

  • Immediate start – interviews being held ASAP
  • £18,000 - £20,000 p/a with the view to increase with experience
  • Local offices
  • A friendly and sociable team
  • Due to the location the suitable candidate will have access to a car

Duties will include:

  • Help manage the process of developing new product lines
  • Managing the delivery and approval of samples
  • Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Manage technical specs where required
  • Assist in the development and management of the marketing plan
  • Liaising with external designers and digital marketing specialists to produce maximum results
  • Designing and sending out monthly e-newsletters and e-shots, social media posts
  • Manage the showroom schedules and ensure showrooms are always customer ready
  • Collate and review data to deliver key insights to the business
  • Assist with range reviews & category performance reviews
  • Competitor reviews and price evaluation
  • Engaging with the market through social media
  • Supporting the sales team with print, samples and showroom meetings
  • Organising and attending trade shows
  • Regular interaction with China to support product development team

Person Spec:

You’ll need strong commercial nature and an excellent work ethic

  • Sales, marketing or product development experience would be a bonus
  • Creative mindset
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisation and motivation skills
  • Experience in Excel
