Are you experienced in Scheduling Engineers?
Are you looking to work in a team-focussed environment within modern offices?

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our client on a 9 Month FTC.

Salary - £23,000
Location - Stevenage
Type - Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover

Main Duties:
- Scheduling planned maintenance
- Ensure tasks are organised and scheduled correctly
- Ensuring engineers' attendance
- Liaising with clients, contract managers and other departments
- Progressing quotations
- Raising purchase orders
- Providing data for reports

Key Skills/Experience:
- Service Desk Coordinator Experience is essential
- Experience in Construction/Engineering is advantageous
- Strong IT skills (MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Able to prioritise own workload
- A positive approach to work
