Are you an experienced administrator looking for their next career move? Do you have experience or an interest in the Learning and Development sector? If so, this could be the role for you.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Administrator to join their small yet established team. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, you will be providing administrative support and ensuring a high standard of customer service to our clients members.

The successful candidate main duties will include but not limited to:

Provide admin support and ensuring records are maintained
Provide effective communication to students and delegates
Liaise with external bodies in relation to student courses
Work with colleagues to manage and support sales and marketing activities
Ensure all bookings are administered in a timely and efficient manner
Booking venue centres
Preparation of minutes for meetings
Send out relevant documentation
Assist colleagues with any other administration duties as required

You will have proven administration experience and worked with CRM systems in the past. Excellent organisational and communication skills are key to this role.  

This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum. Milton Keynes based.
