A fantastic opportunity has come up for an On Site Laboratory Equipment Repairs Manager to join a St Neots based company.

The role is available immediately and would suit a candidate who has experience with technical/laboratory repairs - print service repairs, vending machine servicing, pcb board manufacturing assembly.

Managing a team of 4 laboratory technicians, it's likely you have some experience of team leadership / management, or the capability to step into a role like this confidently.

The department services, fixes and calibrates handheld machines.
This work is process driven; different models require variations in practices so you'll be leading a team who have to learn each process and manage their output.

As the department log their own calls for service on the database, checking serial numbers and working out which level of calibration is required, you will be comfortable running a team to perform to KPIs and standard operating proedures.

Lively environment in a growing company that offers plenty of opportunity to progress and develop.
