We are looking for a Claims Manager for a large insurance group.
You'll base in central London with journeys between the London and Huntingdon offices.
The successful candidate will develop a robust understanding of claims trends & processes impacting the group to advise them on best practices they can adopt to drive reduced claims costs wherever possible
You will build and maintain relationships directly with the insurer & third party administrator claims departments and will be the problem solver to troubleshoot issues
Part of the role is to also provide reliable & expert advice to the business for best practice in relation to the management of claims trends and issues.
You will oversee and embed an ongoing regime to monitor claims trends and provide accurate MI to the business at regular intervals.
