Insurance Expert - Group Delegated Authority Manager
Your role is to design & implement a Delegated Authority Framework that will position your company as a market leader in their field.
You'll be providing reliable, expert advice to the business for best practice in relation to the management of Delegated Schemes whilst overseeing and embedding an ongoing regime to monitor the effectiveness of the Framework.
At this level, naturally, you will be able to communicate effectively with the business and external partners to educate and advise on best practice in DA matters.
We are looking for someone with a collaborative and innovative approach to working; a team player who builds relationships quickly. You will be liaising directly with stakeholders and will have experience of working with and maintaining relationships at this level.
Throughout the role, we will call on your ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes and systems and make changes happen.
You will already have good knowledge of all general insurance product lines and a strong industry knowledge of Delegated Authority schemes - preferably Lloyds DA Code of Practice or similar.
As with our industry, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of current fraud trends & counter measures to keep us safe.
This is a good company to work for with a low turnover of staff.
You will be working between the office in St Neots and London so we are looking for someone ideally situated to base at either.
Salary will be up to £50,000 per year plus good benefits.
