Apart from your outgoing and personable approach, we need you to have excellent organisational skills in order to keep up to date with all the customer requests and always be on hand to reply politely and accurately to solve issues. You will need to be confident in extracting all relevant information from customers and trying to solve these problems as you see best. Don’t worry you will have full training and soon be an expert in how to do this!

Although mainly using email, sometimes phone calls will be required so you need to be personable on the phone, being able to provide the best customer service you can by establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with everyone you deal with.

This job will keep you on your toes and vary day to day, with a competitive salary of £18,000 this company also offers many benefits and the chance to grow within a small team, the opportunities are there if you want them!
