Osborne Appointments are currently representing a client in Southgate for a Customer Service Administrator working within a highly reputable company. We are seeking someone with previous experience in customer service & administration.   

Excellent French and English; written and spoken.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders over the phone on a daily basis
  • Dealing with customers queries regarding products and orders
  • Liaising and coordinating with other departments
  • Creating new customer accounts
  • Managing client data through in house systems
  • General ad-hoc duties
  • Leading projects alone or with other members of the Customer Services Team

Skills and experience required:

  • Great communication skills & attention to detail
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • Great attitude for learning

This position is a great opportunity for someone who has been within a Customer Service Administration role where their skills and efforts are recognised and rewarded.
