We are recruiting for an Operations Manager for a company who specialise in all things wood.
Their services covering CAD, CNC Machining, Cutting, banding, bonding and joinery.
Your role as Factory Operations Manger is to be the liaison between factory floor and the sales team and the clients.
It is office based, overseeing all of the areas of the business, running the day-to-day operations to allow the sales team to carry on with their duties.
There are 2 units to cover plus the storage areas with around 20 staff in situ. With some planned growth over the next few months, you will also oversee the recruitment and growth phases.
