Our fantastic client are looking for an Expeditor/Progress Chaser to work on a Temp - Perm assignment to start immediately.
If you have strong Admin skills and are competent on Word, Excel and Outlook then this could be the role for you!!
You must be comfortable in working in a fast paced experience and able to build rapport with Suppliers (pref with proven experience of managing Suppliers) is the major part of the role.
The company specialise in Mechanical parts, so you would be the main person to contact suppliers and ensure that efficent movement of goods are kept up to date.
You would be performing a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production scheldues.
Having an organised manner to deal with production schedules, and assessing current material needs is a must.
Your day to day life would be communicating with the Production Supervisor and making sure that all goods are in stock.
As well as communicating with the Production Supervisor and Suppliers, you would be collecting inbound deliveries and opening purchase orders.
The hours are days are..
Monday - Thursday 8am until 4:30pm
Friday 8am until 2pm
