eCRM Executive - Marketing
Working for a great company in St Ives your role is to manage the eCRM so that marketing is effective, relevant and punchy. You will report directly to the Head of CRM and work on projects across the whole company and across all departmental teams.
The person we want to recruit will be a dynamic & hardworking CRM executive who has the determination and skills to take the company to the next level within their customer communications & channel marketing.
Consistent growth over the last few years means we are investing for even more growth, but this is not just scaling up to do more-of-the-same, we're also creating new products that combine Internet-of-Things with smart data analysis to change the way our market works.
The role is very varied and will include assisting in the Strategy and plan creation for customer segmentation then leading on the CRM strategy and delivery. You will be assisting in customer targeting and segmentation based on analysis and research.
Naturally, you'll be supporting all daily CRM programmes & campaigns by designing email creatives, building of all emails, customer lifecycle creatives and any additional programs.
Skills-wise you'll have a passion and knowledge of CRM & best practice, HTML knowledge, Basic Photoshop and experience using a CRM platform/system.
Salary is up to £30,000 with an additional bonus up to 10% of your salary, BUPA, good pension, up to 25 days holiday, subsidised gym membership.
