Customer Support Advisor - PART TIME (Thursday & Friday)
Start date - Immediate
£9.00 per hour - Temp to Perm
Our client is looking for an enthusiatic Customer Support Advisor, to join their exisiting team.
A fantatsic opportunity has become avaliable to gain some valueable experience within a Customer Service department as the business grows, with real opportunity for progression.

Primary Duties & Responsibilites
Provide telephone and email-based support to Customers
High levels of support to Customers, at all times
Assist with tracking, and locating parcels
Provide feedback to the relevant teams to enhance products and services
Be confident in handling claims and problem solve issues
Manage returns and product repair
What attributes are they looking for?
Previous Customer Service experience - espically telephone support
Experience with Email, Microsoft Word, Excel and basic office admin tools
Any exposure to Amazon/ eBay would be benefical
