Customer Support/Contract Renewal Executive - Croxley Green 

We are working with an amazing client of ours based in Croxley Green who are currently recruiting for a Contract Renewal Executive to join their busy, exciting and fun team on permanent, full time basis. 

Monday - Friday

Based in Croxley Green, Watford

up to £22,000 per annum with OTE of upto £28,000

What you’ll be doing...

  • Proactive calls to renewal database to secure the renewed unit
  • Monitor workload with a 14 day untouched case turnaround
  • Conversion and follow up on initial renewal interest
  • Consultative approach to overcoming customer objections
  • Dealing directly with customers via phone & email
  • To communicate special offers announced by the business to secure renewal order
  • Assist the Supervisor with ad-hoc projects
