We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work alongside people at all levels, whether that’s internally with your colleagues or externally with our customers. You will need an excellent level of Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
You will already be familiar with MS Office Suite and know how to manage a database such as CRM or Exchequer.
Your role is to support all of our Customers and the Sales and Purchasing Administration Team. You will be answering Telephones and responding to Sales enquiries. We use Online Chat enquiries hence the excellent level of written English and good punctuation you will need.
Alongside this, you will be responsible for the enquiries email in box – keep on top of the emails received and send a professional response to all enquiries.
There is plenty of opportunity to progress in the role and you will be trained in other departments and areas of the business as you develop.
This is a really interesting role for someone who is starting off in customer service and admin but who longer term wants to develop a good career within a growing, industry-leading business.
