Osborne Appointments are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client based near St Albans with IMMEDIATE START.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- Supporting customers with queries (telephone & email)
- Processing customer orders
- Supporting with administration for educational courses
- Live Chat support
- Releasing orders
- Processing returns
- Printing, binding and sending certificates/manuals
- Driver’s Licence required due to remote location
- Office based Customer Service experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Works well as part of a small team
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
