Osborne Appointments are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our client based in Stevenage, with immediate start.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 6pm
- Support customers with queries over the phone, email and online chat
- Respond with a variety of customer requests, including taking orders, product advise and tracking parcels
- Maintain customer satisfaction in line with policy
- General relevant admin
- Occasional administrative support on Projects
Skills & Experience:
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding Customer Service
- Strong IT Skills (including MS Office)
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous office experience is essential
